Are you up for a challenge? Drop off a bracelet that
just doesn't do it for you anymore and take home someone else's diamond in the
rough for a little TLC. Apply your design sensibilities, maybe a few
swarovski's or some shiny new metal beads and lets see if you can't turn a so-so
piece into a WOW piece. Join us for the big reveal on Aug. 1st at 6 PM. Fox news
camera's just might be on hand so don't forget your lipstick!!!

photographer Terry Goodman now available to take high quality digital photo's of
your work. Just drop your pieces off at Grand River Beads by the 15th of each
month and they will be returned by the 30th along with a CD containing 4 to 5
photo's of each item. Fee is $30 for the first item and $15 for each subsequent
piece. Slides available for an additional fee of $6 per item.

Interpretive Casting

Basic soldering skills are a prerequisite for this course. This workshop
will cover one basic casting technique. Students will cast an abstract pendant
with silver and copper. The result is what we like to call a happy accident!

Join our resident wire wrapping guru for an evening of rapping about
wrapping. Rose will guide you thru the in's and outs of working with wire and
get you started making custom designed rings, pendants, earrings, stemware,
servingware or just about anything that can be wrapped with wire. This is an
ongoing series with a new project each month and students are encouraged to
return to learn new techniques, improve their skills and experiment with new
